Month 1 is all about the consultation and organizational processes. To be able to work as effectively as possible, we “onboard” ourselves to your team, the same way you would hire someone to your organization. We learn the ins and outs of your business and find gaps in your marketing operations that we forecast may hurt our potential for growth along the way.
At the same time, the WON team will be analyzing your industry, social media presence, google my business, website traffic, etc. to get a better understanding of how we can create an overall strategy that promotes brand presence, leading to customer acquisition growth. We then create a playbook we use as the “Holy Grail” of what we will be focusing on and share it with you to show you how we are going to be growing your audience, and ultimately conversion.
Finally, we help you with any account set-up needed to make playbook execution a more seamless process.
Content Creation

The WON team is made up of videographers, graphic designers, photographers, and motion graphics freelancers. We work with you to figure out what makes the most sense and what will save us the most time.
